Processing Requests from the DOT Queue
The only user role that can view and process requests from the DOT Queue are Administrators
To process a request from the DOT Queue:
•As an Administrator, click the “DOT Queue” tab
•The DOT Queue grid with all outstanding (active) requests (sorted with the most recent request on top)
•The columns displayed show the case #, case year, request type, request, requestor and the comment
•Click the “Process” icon on the desired request
•The Request form is then displayed, allowing the user to process the specific edit/relocation request
