Editing Crash Details (via Search Results)

All users with editing privileges can search for a crash, and edit a desired crash directly from the search results grid.

•From the Search Results grid click the Edit (pencil) icon for the desired crash

•The Crash Edit form is displayed, with fields active for editing data (as shown below)

•During Edit mode, the "Crash History” tab is available, which displays all edits that have been applied to this crash with date and username

•The edit form displays a header with basic details

•The editable crash data is spread across three tabs:

•Crash Details: Core crash-level data

•Vehicle Details: Core vehicle-level data

•Crash Report: Displays the crash diagram and officers notes and provides access to the crash report(s)

•When all edits are complete, click the SAVE button to save all changes (or click the CLOSE Button to close the edit form without saving any changes)
