Basemap Gallery
The Basemap Gallery button allows the user to change the underlying basemap for the map display. Only one basemap can be displayed at a time. The active basemap will be displayed first, and other data layers will be drawn on top. To change the basemap, simply click on the Basemap Gallery button and select an option. As with other layers in the application, some features of the basemaps will not be displayed when zoomed out to a large area, but will appear when the display is zoomed in to a smaller area. When a basemap has been selected, its icon will display in blue and the map will update with the selected basemap.

In the image below, the Dark Gray Canvas has been selected. To close the'Basemap Gallery' , click on the collapse button
