Opening a Saved Query

A Saved Query can be opened to populate the Advanced Query form (after which it can either be run immediately, or be further modified prior to executing).

When initializing an advanced query in Step 1, a user can click the Open... button at the bottom of the form to select from a list of saved queries that have been saved by the user or which have been shared with the user. A dialog will appear as below:

There are two sources of queries, filtered by a radio button:

My Queries: Those queries saved by the logged-in user.

Shared Queries: Those queries saved by another user, which have been shared with the logged-in user.

To load the Advanced Query with the saved query parameters:

Select the query from the grid by clicking the checkbox for that row, and then select the 'Open' button.

Once loaded the Advanced Query form will be loaded to Step 1, with all parameters from the Saved Query entered.

The Steps must still be paged through using the 'Next' button in the bottom right of the Step forms, before executing the query.
