Uploading XML File to SafetyNet (and checking the log file)

Once the XML file has been generated and stored in your Downloads folder, the file needs to be uploaded into SafetyNet.

To upload the XML file to SafetyNet

•Login to SafetyNet from a separate browser window/tab

•Upload the XML file that was generated

•After the XML file has been uploaded, open the log file created by SafetyNet and review the file to identify any issues/errors with the upload

•If all vehicles were successfully uploaded with no errors, all vehicle records can be flagged as “Uploaded”

•Any vehicles that had an error in upload, should be flagged as “Rejected” instead of “Uploaded”
