Generating an XML File for Uploading

An XML file can be generated from vehicles that are at “Ready to Load” status

To generate an XML file:

•Within the SafetyNet grid, select vehicle(s) at “Ready for Load” status

•The “Generate XML” button should become active (if any other status is selected the button will remain inactive)

•Click the “Generate XML” button

•A confirmation dialog is displayed as shown below. Click “Continue” (or Cancel to terminate the operation)

• 

•An XML file is generated containing the selected vehicle data with a formatted name such as “AE010025.XML” and downloaded to your local “Downloads” folder

•The vehicles that were selected are updated to a status of “XML Generated”

Also, the file name and date file was generated are saved and displayed in columns to the far right of the SafetyNet grid
