Reviewing and Editing Commercial Details for a Vehicle

When a vehicle is at “Pending Review” status, the commercial details (copy) for the vehicle must first be reviewed and edited/finalized as needed

•To edit this copy of these attributes, from the SafetyNet Queue, click the “Edit” icon on the desired row

•The SafetyNet Crash Edit form is displayed with the "Vehicle Details" tab active (the Crash Details and Crash Report tabs are also available for review)

•The "Vehicle details" tab contains four accordion panels:

•Vehicle Sequence (Read-Only)

•Commercial Vehicle Editing

•Vehicle Editing

•Event Editing

Vehicle Sequence Panel

Shows core vehicle data that is locked (Read Only)

Vehicle Editing Panel

Shows driver/vehicle data that is editable

Commercial Vehicle Editing Panel

Shows the Commercial vehicle data (copy) to be edited

Event Editing Panel

Shows Events for the Crash. Events can be added/edited as necessary. To add an event, click the Add (plus) button. To remove an event, click the Remove (X) button within the grid

•When done editing, clicking the SAVE button will save the attributes for the case/vehicle (but will NOT change to status)

•When done editing and are ready to upload the record to SafetyNet, click the SAVE AND PROMOTE button which will save the attributes AND promote the status to “Ready to Load”
