Managing the Commercial Queue
By default, the only records displayed in the Commercial Queue are “Active Records” that require processing (Status of “New” or “Edited”)
•All records can be displayed by clicking the toggle button to “Show All” (Note: this will also display records with a status of “Transferred” indicating the records have been transferred to the SafetyNet queue)
•Additional Grid tools available are:
•Add to DOT Queue – Adds the selected cases to the DOT queue for subsequent editing/relocation
•Remove from Commercial Queue – Removes the selected vehicle record(s) from the Commercial Queue
•Clear All Filters – Clears all column filters applied to the grid
