Editing Commercial Details for a Vehicle

When a vehicle is added to the Commercial Queue, the commercial specific attributes of the vehicle are copied to a separate table. The copy of these attributes can then be edited to assist the SafetyNet user in processing the vehicle/case.

To edit this copy of the data to assist the SafetyNet user:

•From the Commercial Queue, click the “Edit” icon on the desired row

•The Commercial Vehicle Edit form is displayed with the copy of the commercial specific fields (NOT the core vehicle record)

•Enter/modify the fields as needed and click the SAVE button to save the changes.

Note: Once these fields have been saved at least once, the status of the record in the Commercial Queue will change from “New” to “Edited”
