Rejecting a Request
The "Request tab" in the left panel displays a form showing the details of the request as well as the transaction history for the case.
•To reject a request, from the click the “REJECT” button
•Once the user clicks the “REJECT” button, the user is presented with a confirmation dialog
•To complete the rejection of the request, enter a comment to describe the reason for rejection and click the “REJECT” button. This will complete the rejection and store the reason with the request, and update the request status to “Rejected”
To cancel the rejection, click the “CANCEL” button (Note: Canceling at this dialog will cancel the Save/Accept and return the user to the previous step)
