Application Layout

The Crash Data Viewer (CDV) application window is organized into five main sections as shown in the graphic below:

•Application Header – Application header displaying the title of the application and a series of controls providing misc. functions

•Query Form – Form for the definition of query parameters

•Query Results Grid – Tabular Grid Display of query results.

•Map Window – Interactive map of crash locations/query results and reference data

•Sidebar Menu - Collapsible menu on the left side of the screen provides the main menu for the application

It should be noted that both the sidebar menu, and query form can be collapsed. Additionally, the query results and map display can be resized or maximized using the horizontal splitter control between the two panels.
